Roasted Veg Dip

USES HEALING BOTANICAL TURMERIC

Ingredients

1-2 Cloves garlic
1 Medium Sweet Potato
1 Red Capsicum
60 ml HEALING BOTANICAL TURMERIC
1/2 tsp Salt (Celtic or Himalayan)
2 TBSPN Tahini
1 TBSPN Olive 

 

Method

Slice/chop garlic, place in bowl or jar add 60 ml HB TURMERIC infuse whilst waiting for vegetables to roast*

Roast 1 sweet potato, 1 whole red capsicum. (180 degree oven for about 45 minutes)  Cool.  Remove skin from capsicum

Place roasted vegetables  in blender/food processor.  Add Tahini,salt, garlic and infused HB TURMERIC  Blend until smooth.  Spoon into bowl and drizzle with olive oil

Season to taste

 

* garlic can be prepared this way and kept for 3-4 days as the HEALING BOTANICAL  preserves and enhances the flavour.  Store covered in the fridge, submerged in the HEALING BOTANICAL
