USES HEALING BOTANICAL MILK THISTLE
1-2 Medium beetroot thinly sliced
80 ml HEALING BOTANICAL MILK THISTLE
Salad greens (spinach, baby kale or rocket work well)
1 TBSPN Goji Berries
1 TBSPN Sunflower Seed
Salt to season (celtic or himalayan)
Finely slice raw beetroot and cover with HB MILK THISTLE to infuse*
Meanwhile segment 1 of the oranges (or if using oranges with thin skins you could cut thin rings).
Make a dressing by mixing juice of 1 orange, finely chopped coriander leaf (1- 2 tsp’s), salt , and by draining the HB MILK THISTLE from the beetroot.
Layer the sliced beetroot onto a plate. Top with orange segments, scatter salad greens across and dress with dressing (1-2 TBPNS olive oil could be added to dressing if desired)
Sprinkle salad with goji berries and drizzle salad with dressing to serve.
Season to taste
* Unused onion can be prepared this way and kept for unto 7 days as the HEALING BOTANICAL preserves and enhances the flavour. Store covered in the fridge, submerged in the HEALING BOTANICAL
